Functional, reliable, easy to use.
We use this on the counter in an awkward shape for our business. Takes up little space. For the traffic we have in the mornings this was a great addition. My only complaint is that I can't tell where the water level is in the car due to the lack of a viewing window. The first time I filled it I overfilled it alongside excellent value for money. If you sell your coffee for at least 1.90 a cup and sell more than 30 cups a day, you'll get your money back 10 or 11 days after that, mostly profit.
