This is a BUNN, I have used it in my home for many years and in my opinion there is no machine that can make better coffee. Simply order a metal funnel and discard the plastic funnel. Nothing better

I purchased this device to replace a similar BUNN device in our church. The old one started losing water. The new block is made of stainless steel and has worked flawlessly since the purchase. No problems with delivery, assembly and operation. I recommend this device if there is a three burner coffee maker on the market.

Three heating pads - two for coffee and one for hot water. All are happy. Bunn quality is second to none. They can brew 3.5 gallons of coffee per hour if needed and that covers our bill. Any part of this coffee maker can be repaired/replaced if necessary. Keeps the water warm enough to brew in the tank when the unit is on and brews great coffee! what else can i say

Great product, now listen carefully. Step 1 Fill the machine with water until it runs out, let the water stop from the accessory, Step 2 turn on the machine, wait 10 minutes to heat the water, Step 3 add your coffee and pour Add 1 pot of water to the manufacturer's coffee dosage. Step 4 Unplug the unit when you are no longer using it, otherwise it will constantly hold hot water and evaporate.

Bought a Bunn VP17-3SS3L coffee maker to replace the same model that has been used in a mobile kitchen for over 20 years. We were pleased to find that the same trouble free system is still in production after so many years. The old department owes us nothing and we believe we can get another 20 years or more from the new department. No computer, no automatic water supply, no programming, no automation, just smooth operation and great coffee year after year.

This bunn replaces the old bunn that has served us well for many years. The first thing that caught our eye was the updated design and that the footprint is smaller than the previous Bunn. This was important due to the limited countertop space in the office kitchen. Then my colleagues noticed that it worked just like the old one. The same filters, the same amount of ground coffee and the same amount of water were used. You didn't have to learn how to use it. It was a good buy.

Bought for an office group and so far has worked great. Especially if you make a lot of coffee for several people throughout the day. A bit more expensive than a regular coffee maker, but again it's reliable and considered commercial so should last a long time, justifying the extra cost. While one cup is brewing, the other is already heated and ready to drink, so you never have to wait for a hot cup of coffee. We use this on the counter in an awkward shape for our business. Takes up little space. For the traffic we have in the mornings this was a great addition. My only complaint is that I can't tell where the water level is in the car due to the lack of a viewing window. The first time I filled it I overfilled it alongside excellent value for money. If you sell your coffee for at least 1.90 a cup and sell more than 30 cups a day, you'll get your money back 10 or 11 days after that, mostly profit.
