I don't have much space for a litter box, otherwise I would probably put mats like this around it so that there are no traces of the litter box. It's still a daily task for me to sweep up the remaining litter, luckily I have wooden floors around the litter box. There have been times when my cat has accidentally thrown up her poo while digging, and this rug saved my husband and I from using our hands and paper towels to get rid of the "gift".
