My first impression was that the lock looked cool. But it's plastic, which is why it's so durable. The instructions for installing the code are fairly simple; However, the numbers are so hard to rotate that when trying to turn the numbers into the combination I wanted I didn't realize that the RESET switch was pushed back up, effectively selecting a combination I don't know! This is how the bizarre lock became an "emergency burglary” device. There is no way to open it now unless I can miraculously guess the three digit code. Very annoying. I wish there was a big WARNING in the instructions to be careful about moving the RESET switch while struggling with number spinning. If you're buying one of these locks, you've been warned. Much luck!
