I printed 10 black and white documents and then got an error message saying there was a problem with one of the cartridges. I took out both cartridges and put them back in. I tried to print again and the black cartridge printed as if it had run out of ink. I tried to print again and now there was even less ink on the paper. I will never buy this OEM POS product again. 10 sheets of paper and ink totally played out! I think that's what I get when I don't buy original HP cartridges and try to save money. Did I mention these are important documents that I need to scan for my son's college to find him housing while he's gone? Well, thanks to Value Toner or whatever they call themselves, my son became homeless.
