Review on PDP Gaming LVL50 Wireless Stereo Headset: Black Camo PS5/PS4 - Enhanced Noise Cancelling Microphone by Bobbie Garrison

I love these headsets and use them 5 times a week but they started to lose connection to the console or 4 times and only beeps in your ear when trying to play. I have contacted PDP support to see if there is anything we can do to reset them and if they are under warranty. It is annoying when playing on PS4 when there is distortion and beeps in the middle of the game. Updated, 5 months after purchase, the manufacturer sent me a replacement unit with minimal questions and it arrived in 2 days! Back to good reception
