The controller felt solid and my son liked the decorative panel. Unfortunately, within the first hour of use, the plate popped out and the right release button popped out of the controller. No problem, sent back the same controller but after a week the right trigger button got stuck and stopped working. Coincidence maybe, but I decided to get a refund and try my luck with a different controller. Fortunately, both failures occurred within 30 days.
