This toothpaste really reduces tooth sensitivity. I used to experience pain whenever I drank anything moderately cold or hot, but after a few months of use this has made a huge difference in the pain. The tubes I buy in the store have a much smaller opening in the applicator hole at the top of the tube. The smaller hole makes it easier to apply the right amount of paste without wasting paste from the side of the brush. I tend to spill paste with this big hole applicator (which is why I'm sure that's why they do it that way) when the paste falls off the sides of the brush while applying it to the brush.
