Great suit for the price I bought it for less than $15 with a discount. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because the skirt is actually a lot bigger and was crumpled up at the back (with a plastic thing that looks like what the price tags are attached to to make it smaller) and the stitching seems unreliable, but for $15 I honestly agree that it's mostly worn on Halloween and a few other occasions. My daughter usually wears a size 5 or 6 shirt and size 5 pants. It fits her well and will definitely fit a size 6. The skirt looks like it could tuck most of the back to fit medium height girls. I plan on getting an orange ribbon to hold up the top when those sheer straps fall off.
