I like that it's easy to setup, has many integrations with other tools (like Google Tag Manager), and provides great insights into user behavior. The data can be hard for some people to understand without experience or training. It also takes time to get used to how you want to use it. For example, if we wanted to see which pages were most popular, this was not as intuitive as something like Google analytics would have been. We are able to easily identify areas where our site needs more traffic. This helps us improve our marketing efforts by increasing our visibility online.
