I like how easy it was to use, with very little knowledge required for us as first time users! It's also great being able so see our progress in real-time rather than waiting days/weeks before we can check what has been done or not completed yet by another member of my team who may be working remotely at any given point during this process.- The ability have multiple people work together without needing an admin person - which would normally cost around £20 per month if paying monthly (or even more expensive annually).
