Nothing wrong with them, especially for the price, a big improvement would be to keep all the threaded holes the same. Having a hole 5/16 when all other holes are 1/4 makes no sense. It's fine if you want to pay $7 for a precision bore insert converter, or you can just pay another $4 and get a better set of clamps - the ones that were a little more thoughtful. But if threaded holes aren't an issue for you, or you only need one of these, then these are fine for you.
