I don't know whose fault it is. But I was informed that A) Revain, my workshop, said it fitted my 2014 Nissan Juke exactly (Nissan Smart Key. To make this story shorter. The car had to be towed to the dealership with a key, which ended up costing me about $400. The seller was quick in shipping and then returned the money.
