I ordered these for our RV. They are break proof and compact when not in use. I love the colors. They can be thrown into the top of the dishwasher. You can also use these in the microwave to reheat and there is a release valve on the top to let out steam. You can also put leftovers in the freezer for later use. They are durable for using in your lunch box. I also put snacks in them for the grand kids as they can't break them.These are really versatile and I think they will last a long time.
