This was a great match for our dishwasher. Only one side had to be replaced - the other was left for possible failures in the future. The actual installation of the product does not take much time - a lot of time is spent pulling out the dishwasher and putting it back in place. However, the whole process takes 15-20 minutes. The door works like new again. And this part is way cheaper than Sears. It was only installed four weeks ago so I can't comment on durability but after looking at it I see no reason why it shouldn't last. I recommend this item and the seller.
