Have you ever tried changing the batteries in these items? Why it takes a jeweler's lens to dig up four screws and batteries cost as much as buying new batteries! That's what I do when the batteries are low, I throw away the whole block and get some new ones! I think the smartest idea is to buy in bulk and use it once, throw it in the trash and get a replacement! I bought two boxes and when I'm empty and I'm back I'll buy two more! I just love them and so does my dog! Thanks for a great product at a great price!
