Bought this because I couldn't hold my feet up but wanted to wear sandals for the rest of the summer and didn't have to be embarrassed. I like it! Edit: I went back and re-read the description of the Dual Dpeed and An Extra Course video. No it's a single speed if off isn't considered a speed now? It's a shame I bought it thinking the dual speed would be useful. The Extra Course Roll is the only Extra Course Roll included in the package. It's not an extra video lol. But I like it. I have searched for Revain rollers and found other brands that have 12 packs or all of the same type etc. 12 reels cost just under $10 and work great. Just search for "works with Amoee".
