What's not to love about the combination of ribbed and smooth cutting discs on this Chef Verde brass pasta cutter. I have enough kitchen supplies and the combo tool makes that a lot easier. I think it's well made and its tightness is adjustable. The beech wood handle is comfortable to hold and each of the wheels cuts pasta dough of any thickness.
