Not high waist; I'm 5ft 1 " tall and 2.5 " below my belly button
I was looking for a high waisted swimsuit bottom but they were NOT high waisted (as pictured). I'm 5ft 1in, 125lbs and ordered a medium size. The size itself fit but the waist was 2.5 inches BELOW the navel (and I have a short torso). So it's definitely NOT a high waist.
