Decent buzzer for the price, good range.
Needs an option for wrist wear, and doesn't offer safety lanyard when wearing around the neck. Otherwise, the buzzer chime is pretty loud and my grandmother has no problem working the neck button to let us know she needs something. A better option would be to include a spiral bungee key ring - the type librarians have, and affix the donut button to it. My grandmother would find it easier, and it would be safer on her arm.
