As soon as I put the cartridges in my printer, I had problems. When I tried to print it said the printer door was open. Had not. After switching off and on several times everything worked. (However, it hasn't worked properly since then. It's much slower and usually starts with some sort of error message when I try to print.) I printed some colorful labels for my class on a different printer while waiting for these to arrive But when I started to print the rest of the labels with these new cartridges, the color was wrong. None of the bright colors were vivid. For example, a bright yellow sun color was more of a mustard color. Finally, I've been using these XL cartridges for just over a week and my printer is already telling me it's low on toner. I've been teaching for 20 years and I know how long a cartridge lasts and I've never run out of it so quickly.
