I liked the quality of the product, the instructions and the easy installation. Everything went very smoothly. The documentation warned me to make sure I removed the factory soft plastic screen protector, which I did. He also warned me to increase my touch sensitivity to use screen protectors, which I did. Finally, it was mentioned that I should re-enter my fingerprints to make them easier to read. I did too. However, during the fingerprint scan, my phone kept telling me to press harder, which was a bit concerning as I didn't want to crack the screen. It was VERY difficult to get the phone to recognize the fingerprints while I was typing them in, but I managed it by pressing REALLY hard and knocking it out a few times. Once installed, my phone rarely recognizes my fingerprints, even when I press very, very hard. Unfortunately this is not acceptable to me so I will end up looking for another product that works better. I suppose that would be fine for those who use facial recognition, passwords, or swipes, but the fingerprint method is my personal top choice. It might just be my new Samsung Galaxy S21, but I haven't had this issue with several previous phones and screen protectors. Unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.
