It used to be good, but now it's very unreliable.

The headset worked fine for a while when used 2-3 days a week but now every time I use it after an hour the light stops flashing and connects not with my Galaxy Note 10 plus. Then it won't turn off no matter how long I hold the power button or key combination. The only way to get it out of this error is to plug it in, but I have a unique charger at home so I don't lose it. This left me without a working headset when needed.
