All my nurses know how hard it is to find a thermometer during shifts. I bought it and take it to work. Of course I disinfect it between patients, but the most important thing is that it is contactless. I can just use it to scan the patient's forehead and it shows me the exact temperature. I've compared it to our hospital thermometers and it's very accurate. I've included a few other nurses to buy these as well. I absolutely love it, especially for the value
