My only major criticism of this backpack is that for some reason the paint on the inside doesn't transfer well all over. My phone case, my hands, my wallet. Everything absorbs black dye. I've used alcohol drinks to eliminate it but it didn't work. I have two other Harlermoon wallets and haven't had this problem. I'm sad that he does that, otherwise I love him. The zipper puller broke, but that happens with a lot of bags.
