Updated 7/22/16. I'm changing my rating from two to five stars. The drawstring broke on the first bag I used, but that must have been an anomaly. I kept using the product because there are 200 sachets in the box and I didn't want to waste it. I'm glad I did. In recent months I have become more and more convinced of their strength and quality. I use it now, among other things, to collect cat litter in a small closed litter box. The container controls odors well and I can store used litter boxes (for three cats) in it for a few days before sealing the bag and throwing it away. These bags have never been torn apart from the first one, they have no strings. I'll admit I don't wave them around when I'm carrying a bagful of dirty kitty litter to the bin outside, but I'm no longer afraid of them tearing up the clumps on the floor. I went from hating to loving these bags so wanted to update my review to reflect that.
