Review on 🐱 Ultra Pet UltraCat Litter+ by Linda Wood

We tried three different silica fillers before settling on this one. We moved from a house to an apartment with three cats. As I write this review we are in our second week with a bag of this litter (again with three cats). You searched for: ODOR CONTROL: The litter now smells of ammonia. However, this wasn't really a problem until a few days ago. The smell of feces only appears immediately after the cats have left. I'd say the odor control is way better than other silicone refills we've tried because we haven't had to add another sachet yet (the rest had to be refreshed after about four days). LOW TRACKING: This pen seems to track more than others. We tried it for its smaller crystals, but it's not a wild crowd. We have a crawling baby so we vacuum every day. If it wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't care. DURABILITY: So far this litter is a clear winner. Second week. A pocket. Three cats. All of the other silicas we tried had to be topped up with another pack after about four days. This bag is on its last legs, but it has stood the test of time. FINAL THOUGHTS: We'll try silica-free filler to see what we prefer. Of the silica gels we've tried, this is the clear winner. When we return to silica we will try this brand with larger crystals.
