Benefits connect has been great for our organization because it allows us access to many different resources right from home! We can easily communicate with other departments without having to be in one another offices or even states away! The only thing I don't like about this product so far are that there aren't as much features available compared to some of the others out there but we've found what works best for us. It's simple enough for anyone at my level who doesn't have any experience using computers (even though they're not computer experts) to use. They do all types of things through here such as scheduling appointments, making payments by credit card etc.,etc.. This makes everything work easier when you need help. If someone needs something done quickly then Benefits Connect helps speed up those tasks too.
