Delivered quickly. Works as promised. Relatively easy to install if you search YouTube for information on how it actually works. Saved me a lot of money. I have two garage door openers and had the same problem with another one a few years ago and it cost me over $100 for someone to come out and fix it. Spending only seven bucks and about 15 minutes of your time this time to fix it yourself is great. A lot of people complain that this piece is plastic and breaks, but I suspect you'd rather see a seven dollar coin shatter than have the main gears ripped apart inside the elevator itself or a garage door. I think the fact that this is the weakest link will probably save you a lot of money in the long run.
