Perfect fit. It contained all the gaskets needed to replace the exhaust manifold. However, the supplied nuts did not fit the studs on the exit. The original nuts were intact and were reused. I haven't tried reinstalling the heat shields so I don't know if they will fit. Update: Less than a year after installation, the catalytic converter failed while on vacation. The car slowed to a crawl with no power. The workshop found a problem in the catalytic converter. The catalytic converter does not appear to be secured in the exhaust pipe. After providing proof, Revane quickly returned the money to me. Revane, Amazon!
