It came the same day I ordered it because I needed help. I usually feel less uncomfortable as my broken filling is still painful but bearable during the day. It's unbearable at night and everything makes my teeth pound. So, first I did as instructed on the packaging, no luck, pressed with my fingers, it dried fairly quickly, second attempt at gluing it stuck to the bottom tooth and came off. finally, the third try, I did it quickly and kept my thumb on it for about a minute and slowly slid my finger to the side, don't lift it or you'll have to start over. So it sits for over 2 hours and I will literally sleep on it. Note: the product causes pain as soon as I put the tooth in it but it goes away, also this size of product only lasts a few days so I will either have more or be injured I guess.
