First of all I have to say that this product has a lot of potential. It moves great, I can attach it to things or set it up at different heights like a tripod. In that sense, it's amazing. However, after receiving the remote control can't work, don't quite understand why they worry. The rubber piece that slides over the metal piece that holds your phone kept coming loose and eventually lost. Again, I may have used this many times. Also, after a few uses, it broke and became unusable. It broke where the black top holds the phone to the feet. So it was a waste of money.
