Good for 9 months to a year
This was my second order of these. They work great for BJJ, Krav and Muy Thai. With weekly wear and tear they seem to start losing support after about nine months to a year. Still wearable but noticable difference in support.

- Fits well on waist but it is a bit long reaches past knees and I’m pretty tall
