Excellent probe replacement for the best digital thermometer on the market.
This replacement probe for the Cooper-Atkins AquaTuff works great. The response time is 1-2 seconds and the calibration compared to the original factory sensor (still working but with a damaged cable) was within 0.2°C. After 33 years as a food professional, I rate the AquaTuff as the best and most durable temperature sensor on the market.
