I personally love dragons and ice blue is my favorite color. When my daughter turned 5 and she wanted this toy for her birthday, I hesitated just because the amount of reviews said it would stop working immediately. Decided to buy one, take it out of the box before my birthday and test it for a few hours to make sure it works and return it if not. Obviously I'm one of the lucky ones as she's been playing with it multiple times a day for over a month now and it's still working great. She LOVES this thing. She's very cute, I hate babies crying, and this thing makes the most adorable trills that aren't bothering at all. It cycles through several mood frames over the course of about 5-10 minutes, each with a 'right' answer that rewards you with a little chime or angry dragon sounds if you get it wrong. Touch your nose, put something in your mouth (it doesn't matter what, it reacts to the presence of an object, and all attachments are just plastic with properly sized tongues), or pick it up and pretend it will to fly. Eventually he will become "sleepy" and you can lull him to sleep, but you can wake him right up afterwards by putting something in his mouth again and carrying on if you like. It doesn't wake up by itself when you're done playing, just when you interact with it again, lest it suddenly start making noise out of nowhere in the middle of the night or something. I ran into the issue where it stops doing anything and just beeps when turned on which other reviewers have mentioned, but thankfully it went away on its own after about 20 minutes. The only issue I still have is that the eyes sometimes get stuck in a weird mode where their colors don't match (usually a green and a blue), making it a bit harder to tell what he thinks of you want, but otherwise still works fine. This, too, is usually remedied a little later.
