They look good and seem educational. The color is nice and the sizes look nice, but the buttons are very difficult to use. It's hard to really put her in her shoes. The actual ring is also so thick that it borders my ears. I could leave them for more than a day and it didn't help because it caused a reaction. This leads me to believe that this is not surgical steel. My rating dropped the most because of the misleading title.
