I recently got into photography, mainly to photograph my own children. The problem is that our whole house has built-in lights, so no matter what time of day there is always shadow. I wanted a set like this, but I was afraid of spending too much money on gear that my kids might break (walking the baby around the house). I was very pleased with how strong the tripods were, but also that nothing could break or break - everything is light and plastic, yet very well supported. I doubt I'll be using the color film options for photography, but they'll be fantastic for Halloween and brighten up parties. Very happy with this purchase and see many uses for them. The height and adjustments were very easy, even for a beginner.
