I bought this Chromebook for my mom and she loves it. She's a bit awkward, so I wanted something more protective than cuteness. This thing is very strong and the ridges inside keep it from sliding on it. She is often bedridden so it's great for her not to worry about slipping off her knees or falling out of her suitcase. The cooling area has also helped her feel more comfortable as all the hot air and metal is no longer directly on her. The delivery was very fast and they communicated a lot with me about the status of my package. The only downside if I had to choose something is that there is only one color. In the past it's amazing value for money.
