not very comfortable at first
It was easy to mold and use and I could easily put it in my mouth. I was uncomfortable putting it in my mouth to shape it. But after it takes shape I wear them slowly at first for a few minutes to get used to it. After a while it slowly became pleasant and I hardly feel it in my mouth anymore. It just took time to get used to the feeling.
