The app was easy to set up although the instructions could have been clearer. The alarm sound is quite loud, the connection between the hub and the sensor works well. A really great addition to a home for detecting water leaks from the main water intake, water tank and pipe running through the basement ceiling. I tested the sensor with water and the sensors worked fine - an app on my phone alerted me to a leak. You can also disable sensors in the app. The wi-fi option is great and will keep me posted while I'm away if the house floods!
