I love this little food processor. The blades are close enough to the bottom of the jar that if large pieces of food fall under the blades, the jar will not clog. In pulse mode, press and hold the button for a few seconds to grind food into small pieces rather than mush it. I use this to grind up food for my senior cat and for myself. I have a temporomandibular joint and when it gets infected I can't chew meat. This allows me to quickly shred it up and add it to any dish I cook. The only thing I don't like is that you have to hold the bottom part or it will spin in circles.
