So far this controller has worked just as well as the Nintendo Pro. Although I would say the vibration is a little less significant. Charging takes quick, response is as expected, and overall weight and feel are excellent. So far I'm very happy with the price. Since I bought this controller for my wife (even with her small hands, she doesn't like joycon controllers), I've used it more than her and am considering buying another one. This worked well for all the games I've tried, e.g. Smash Bros, Mario Cart, Asphalt 9, Mario Party, etc. As long as it keeps working the way it is now, my rating will stay at five stars. Let's see him holding up KIDS. ** Update ** 4 months. So far it's holding up well, but I've noticed some "phantom travel" when standing still in-game. My ACNH character will slowly walk to the left when the controller is on a table or seat. Also, I've noticed that the responsiveness on Smash Bros. It doesn't bog down for casual play, but I can't recommend it for those who take their game more seriously as there are some concerns it won't hold up. for long-term/permanent use.
