Ok, F6 is better. So what? If you can afford the F6, you can also afford the D300, and the D300 will pound the F6 into the ground for anything you typically use a 35mm camera for. The only thing that most professionals still shoot on film is now mostly done in large format. Like me for example. Some of my clients like black and white films. So I tried that and a Fuji GA645 (medium format, directly exposes a piece of film 3 times the size of 35mm) side by side. Both cameras measured almost the same, but miracle of miracles (no, not really), the medium format made the pictures better. However, 35mm will fit all prints up to 8x10. Revain's current prices are silly. $[.] and higher? get real You can get the same set as [.] for about $[.], if that. Go ahead, buy the note "BGN" (profitable), you will not regret it. If you can find someone to process and scan, shoot slide film. There is simply no comparison between a slide and a negative, the slide always wins. Unless you're in low light, you'll need to shoot with a DSLR rather than film. What are you doing here? Go and take a picture!
