Bought these strips to add to a product photo tent I built. They throw a lot of light, quite a bit more than I expected.I built the tent out of PVC pipe, so the hold down clips weren't of much use, and I had to rely on the adhesive tape that comes on them. Cleaned all the tubing with rubbing alcohol and applied them straight to the tubes. So far, they've held fine on the plastic. Nothing has peeled or fallen off. I used a few feet though on my computer desk hutch, cleaned the same way and once again, relied on the tape. A few sections are constantly falling. Luckily I have some 3m vhb 2 sided tape that will fix that problem.The included connectors all work fine, none had any tricks or oddities to fix or deal with. They've been fine in every way.I have had several individual led chips on the strips not work or need pressure to function. Poor quality there. Press on them, they work, lift a finger off and they stop lighting up. Surprise, but for the price, I expected there to be a couple issues somewhere in the mix. I even tested the sections before installing them, then the issues popped up. It's internal wiring/contacts clearly.Overall a decent value with some quirks
