I actually bought three types of wrist bandages. I just wasn't sure what would suit me. It is great! It's so versatile for so many types of injuries. It has a rail that can be removed and flipped for left or right handed use and the option to omit the rail for more mobility when you don't need it. The only problem I had with this product was the same problem I had with ALL of them. Where the material is stitched on the upper arm (if you use it for the left hand) it was very uncomfortable. Part of my injury was a heavy pinching in my arm. I quickly found that by simply placing a small piece of cloth or soft material between my palm and the seam area, I felt completely comfortable and no longer felt any irritation. I would buy this product again if I needed wrist support. The versatility of use makes it worth every penny and I would happily recommend you give it a try.
