Poor quality, the wires have snapped

One star because it worked. Negative stars because it falls apart in less than 2 years. I never pulled or pulled the cord. I'm very careful with that. it just comes from the fork. Poor quality/durability. What should I do now? It is save? Will I fry my laptop if it breaks? isolation at the moment. I'm not keen on the update: it just flared up and exploded. Lasted a total of 341 days. My "rear window is closed", who cares.
