One star because it worked. Negative stars because it falls apart in less than 2 years. I never pulled or pulled the cord. I'm very careful with that. it just comes from the fork. The power supply I received was not the one in the picture and was not part of Dell. The part looked, felt and weighed completely different than the original power supply but had the same part number on the sticker.
