which I am reviewing after about 2.5 months of using this product. So far this has worked well. The last 2 weeks I have a problem with charging. At first it stopped working temporarily. But now as soon as I plug it into the laptop, the blue light on the cable goes out. But when I take it out, the blue charging light on the cable lights up. I replaced a new battery in my laptop because I thought the battery was dead. But even with a new battery the same behavior. I bought a new charger from BestBuy and used both the new and old battery and it works perfectly. This confirms that there is a problem with this charger. I want my money back for this unreliable item. Return within 48 hours. The item was defective but they really show great customer service. I hate to say this but Revain didn't make it easy for me to find and contact the seller. When I searched for a seller by searching for a product, it shows the "Last Purchase Date" at the top, but it doesn't indicate if it's the same seller or a different seller. Therefore you end up with the wrong seller. If they can view an item's last purchase date, can't they add more "same or different seller" information? Anyway, not only for this but many other electronic products I found in the store and you will find much better places. I have found many listings at Walmart where the seller gives a 2 year warranty on the product. I would never buy an item like this from Amazon that I would have to deal with the seller after the 30 day window.
