Had to hook them up to keep headlights on all the time as I couldn't see at night. In a 4-inch dual-front setup, it's awful to focus on the "dim." Switch to high beam and they shine like regular lights, decently bright and didn't blind me so shouldn't be too bad for oncoming people. If you have an 04 sv650 with bare twin vanes, this isn't the best choice. If there was a way to focus them, maybe. I bought them because space was limited and they are quite small at the back, aluminum with decent weight, light output is pleasing to the eye, just wish there were more of them.
