There is a very similar razor at a much higher price. This one does the same job for a much cheaper price. The application requires some patience. Since the head cannot be screwed in, you must ensure that the top of the razor head is level when changing the blade. The same goes for other more expensive razors. Once you learn how to change the blade properly, start shaving. Various settings make shaving a pleasure. I can say if you are new to wet shaving this razor is a good buy. The first setting is the softest and almost as smooth as a dual blade shave with a disposable cartridge. It's up to you to find your own happy place. Overall a good shave. I recommend it to almost everyone
